We cannot support these computers and would advise that you contact the vendor from where it was purchased for support information. We cannot respond to support requests regarding these computers.

Once the page loads, please click the 'My Download' button on the right side of the page.
Download the software and install it and once you are done, you will see a window which has two tabs, 'Access' and 'Share'
At this point, you can close the program and when you call us, we will ask you to start the program again and provide us with the access share code.
This code will allow us to connect directly to your screen and control your PC. Once the remote session is finished, the program is closed and the next time it opens, the code changes. Nobody can therefore connect to your computer again without you first providing them with the access share code.
The Crossloop software can safely be left on your PC for future assistance if required.
