In our desire to offer you improved services, E-Systems Solutions now offer you a dedicated support contact telephone number (01527 908869). This support line is manned whenever an engineer is available. When it isn't, we ask you to leave us your contact details and a brief message. We will then return your call as soon as an engineer is available.
Running with this service is a our new remote fix service which allows us to connect into your PC (providing you have an internet connection running) and assist you. The cost of this service is just £10 for what we call a 'Quick-Fix' (No longer than 30 minutes)
If we are unable to carry out the repair remotely, and your computer needs to come into our workshops, we do not charge the £10 Quick-fix fee. We only charge it if the repair is successful.
So, in many cases, you can get an instant repair for a tenner!

Welcome to E-Systems Solutions. E-Systems was formed following the sad closure of Midland Computer Connections Ltd (MCC) in Bromsgrove. Following the closure, Andrew Rowley and Matthew Leavesley formed E-Systems to continue the tradition of unusually high quality service and continuing friendly support for all of MCC's clients. Following many appearances on the Ed Doolan BBC WM Programme, people and businesses around the West Midlands (and beyond) have heard our name and have had first hand experience of our high levels of service and aftercare. With a wealth of products, services and support available to our customers - and not forgetting that all important and vital factor - a friendly and professional aftercare service, there is no longer the need to buy your IT equipment from the industry giants and run the risk of poor or expensive aftercare (£1 per minute telephone calls) and overseas call centres where the same operator never answers twice in a row!
